Amelco acquires certification from AGCO

Amelco, which offers sports betting options, has managed to acquire a gaming supplier certification from the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO). Through this, the company will be able to engage in the regulated iGaming space, as well as look into player account control and the sportsbook arena. This occurrence took place for Amelco at a very opportune time, right after it had declared the fact that it was ready to run its business in Ontario. The certification will allow the company to unleash its entire array of services.

Amelco has a lot to gain from the iGaming scenario of Ontario by providing some iconic titles created by developers such as Evolution, along with NetEnt, Red Tiger, Pragmatic Play, and Pariplay.

According to the Head of Amelco, Brandon Walker, this was the moment that they were looking forward to, the opportunity to spread their operations further. They are totally certain that their iGaming and sportsbook, along with the betting and sports betting options, will turn out to be a massive success in Ontario. As per the company’s vision and online sports betting news, they now intend to take their business further over the next year and increase their footprint as far as possible in Canada.

In April 2023, Amelco and Simplebet, a B2B technology provider, came out with their official declaration that they had formed a collaboration. As per the understanding, further betting options related to all US sports will be made available to every operator tied up with Amelco.

In the meantime, Hacksaw Gaming has forged an association with Rush Street Interactive and intends to spread its business further in the markets of Ontario. In return, the operators’ associated company in Ontario, BetRivers, will have the option of gaining from Hacksaw Gaming’s game portfolio.
