Starlight Casino New Westminster gets Gateway’s new poker room

Gateway Casinos and Entertainment has opened its latest poker room at Starlight Casino. This is situated in New Westminster, British Columbia, Canada. At the casino, customers will benefit from no limit as well as limit stakes of various types. Thrown in are seven flat screens, TVs, and a special menu provided for customers, along with a breakfast every morning. This is all contained in the four-table poker room situated near the main casino.

According to the poker news, Gateway Casinos had organized a charity poker tournament to commemorate the poker room and had an illustrious guest list. There were personalities like the mayor of New Westminster, Patrick Johnstone, along with the ex-seasoned poker player Matt Jarvis and Canada’s top pickleball player, Steve Deakin. Besides all of this, there were athletes, entertainers, and government representatives.

According to the General Manager of Starlight New Westminster, Saad Fadl-Alla, the customers shared their opinions, which was most helpful and engaging. They are extremely excited to have introduced poker amongst their other verticals. In his view, this is the only casino that provides $2-3 No Limit Hold’Em, along with single-blind $5 Limit Omaha. This will be a first for gamers in British Columbia.
